Buzz only does nothing on my phone run
Buzz only is an Apple Watch setting: the watch taps your wrist when a work step drifts off pace. The phone never buzzes during a run, so on a run with the phone alone Buzz only means no alert at all.
Choose Voice and buzz to hear the callout on the phone.
