Contacting support
Settings has Contact support, under ABOUT. Every Help answer also ends with Still stuck and an EMAIL SUPPORT button, and a search that finds nothing offers Email support.
Each opens an email to support@whynot.run with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and build, units and support ID filled in, so we can look into it.
