Put your run on an Instagram story
Every run has stickers: your distance, pace and time, your route, your splits and more, on a clear background so your own photo shows through.
Open the share sheet from SHARE THIS RUN in your post-run read, the Share key on the run's detail, or the diamond pill in Activities. Pick a sticker and tap Copy to Clipboard. A Copied flash shows at the top of the screen.
Open Instagram, start a story over your photo, tap the text tool, and paste. The sticker lands with nothing behind it. Drag it where you want it and pinch it to any size; it stays sharp.
