I subscribed on another phone, or reinstalled
Your membership lives with your Apple ID. On the paywall tap Restore Purchases and Apple hands it back.
Your plan and your stats come back when you sign in with Apple, because the app keeps a copy with your account. iPhone backups do not include them.
