Pausing a run
On the phone, tap Pause. The clock and the route stop. RESUME carries on; FINISH saves the run.
On the watch, swipe sideways during the run for PAUSE and END. END asks once: End run or Keep going.
Paused time is left out of your time, your pace and your splits.
