Saving a run to your camera roll
In the share sheet, pick a sticker and tap Save image. Why Not saves a finished picture, 1080 by 1350, the sticker on your run's map or on a dark card, so it looks the same in Photos and wherever you post it.
Save overlay saves the sticker itself, on a see-through background, so you can lay it over a photo or over part of a video.
Text Message and More send the same finished picture as Save image. Instagram Story and Copy to Clipboard hand on the see-through sticker, as Save overlay does.
